The Second Annual Can-Am ride was a great success. More than 300 riders took part in this multi-national bike ride. ESBC and friends started in Freedom Park in Buffalo and journeyed up to the Peace Bridge and crossed into Canada, making a visit to Freedom Park in Fort Erie, Ontario.
The ride continues from Freedom Park across Fort Erie and along parts of the Friendship Trail up to the Waverly Beach area in Ontario, honoring the memories of the Underground Railroad and the long history of friendship between the U.S. and Canada.
The Niagara River Greenway Commission, the Friends of Freedom Park, the Rotary Club of Buffalo, The Rotary Club of Fort Erie, Highmark of Buffalo, along with Clean Mobility of Buffalo, Buffalo United Front all came together with East Side Bike Club to make for a wonderful riding experience.
